GLOBAL JUSTICE FORUM SPRING 2008 will address the representation of plaintiffs worldwide and review the latest developments in case law, legislation, and legal practice in the U.S. and other nations affecting this representation. The program, free to invitees, will feature panels by noted academics, mediators and lawyers from the United States and around the world.

The Forum will discuss the legal and practical challenges faced by attorneys representing plaintiffs in cross-border litigation. It will include panels on securities and antitrust actions, cross-border torts (including aviation and maritime accidents and pharmaceutical cases), and new class/group litigation mechanisms in several countries. It will also feature prominent lunch speakers, as well as interactive “Stories from the Front Lines” sessions where participants share their recent experiences in cross-border litigation.
