Rome, Italy

With co-sponsors worldwide, Lieff Global LLP hosted the Global Justice Forum 2007 in Rome, Italy. The forum addressed the representation of plaintiffs worldwide and reviewed the latest developments in the substantive tort law of several nations. For the past three years, the Global Justice Forum has brought together over 200 lawyers from 35 countries on six continents, laying the foundation for a network of plaintiffs' counsel worldwide.

Through the review of significant current cases, the Forum addressed many of the practical challenges faced by attorneys representing plaintiffs outside their resident nations. This year we included an interactive session in which past attendees discussed their recent experiences "on the front lines" of international litigation and answered questions from panelists and the audience.
