The next Global Justice Forum will occur on October 16-17, 2009, at Columbia University School of Law in New York City. The topic of the forum is Global Litigation in a Post-Economic Crisis World. The forum will feature discussions on several substantive areas of law including financial fraud, competition and antitrust, mass torts and class actions, and mediation, along with a panel on European legal issues.
