The Global Justice Network and its attendant
mailing list are designed to provide practical information to
members about the prosecution and resolution of cross-border
legal disputes on behalf of plaintiffs worldwide. The list-serve
is intended to provide an online forum for the sharing and discussion
of new developments in the relevant law of members' countries
(including legislation and judicial decisions), for seeking and
providing practical advice regarding plaintiffs' practice in
other countries, and for networking regarding potential new cases
and other professional opportunities.
The mailing list is sponsored by the law firm of Lieff Global
LLP, a law firm with offices in San Francisco and New York, and
affiliate offices worldwide. Lieff Global represents survivors
and families of victims who died in domestic and international
aviation and maritime accidents, as well as foreign citizens
in other types of actions.
