The Sixth Global Justice ForumSM took place October 15-17, 2009, at Columbia University School of Law in New York City. The topic of the forum was Global Litigation in a Post-Economic Crisis World. The forum featured discussions on financial fraud, competition and antitrust, mass torts and class actions, and mediation, along with a panel on European and Asian legal issues.
