Constantine Kokkinos
Constantine Kokkinos is a supreme court-registered attorney at law, bar-admitted in Geneva (Switzerland) and in Athens (Greece). He is senior partner of the European Legal Consultancy (www.eurolegal.eu) and President of the Swiss expat community. Mr. Kokkinos received his education at UC Berkeley with degrees in International Law from Aix-en-Provence (France) and in Tübingen (Germany). He is an alumnus of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
His field of activities includes aviation law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial claims, debtors judicial protection in Europe (Chapter 11 in the U.S.), mediation, arbitration, and class actions.
