Elizabeth J. Cabraser
Elizabeth J. Cabraser chairs the personal injury practice group at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP, and represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. Her practice is comprised of mass torts, products liability, securities and investment fraud, consumer cases, as well as civil and human rights litigation on a pro bono basis.
Ms. Cabraser is an expert in class certification, class notice, settlement, class trial structuring, and appellate issues, and has held leadership roles in multiple cases that resulted in landmark settlements, verdicts, and rulings, including Multi-state Tobacco, Fen-Phen, and Holocaust cases. She currently has lead roles in the Bextra/Celebrex, Yamaha Rhino and Guidant defibrillators MDL litigation.
Ms. Cabraser is a visiting professor at Columbia University School of Law, and has been recognized in multiple years by The National Law Journal as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in America.
