John Keker
John Keker is a nationally known trial lawyer who recently represented class action pioneer Bill Lerach, tobacco lawyer Richard "Dickie" Scruggs, Enron CFO Andy Fastow, investment banker Frank Quattrone, criminal defense lawyer Patrick Hallinan, entertainment lawyer Bert Fields and a host of others in criminal investigations or trials. He also prosecuted Oliver North, and tries business and intellectual property cases. Keker & Van Nest, the firm he founded in 1978, is in San Francisco.
