Joel Rochon
Joel Rochon is a partner at Rochon Genova LLP in Toronto, and heads the firm's class action practice focusing on product liability, securities, aviation and consumer goods litigation. Joel's achievements of note include certification and resolution of Wilson v. Servier Canada diet drugs litigation (the first defective drug case to be certified in Canada) and as co-lead counsel on behalf of Canadian Class members of Nortel securities. He is also lead or co-lead counsel on several other major Canadian national class actions. Joel is a frequent speaker at conferences on class action litigation in Canada and the United States.
