Zvonimir Jelinic

Srecko Jelinic

Zvonimir Jelinic is a teaching assistant at the University of J.J. Strossmayer School of Law. He completed postgraduate studies on European law at the University of Zagreb School of Law and received a master's degree in 2008.

He is presently conducting PhD research which focuses on several legal fields: access to justice, legal aid systems, regulation of the legal profession in Europe, especially concerning fee arrangements and the possible failure of the legal services market.

Mr. Jelinic was a scholar at Raul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights in Lund, Sweden, a visiting scholar at Jagiellonski University in Krakow, as well as a scholar of the U.S. Department of State at the University of Iowa School of Law in Iowa City.

With his father and younger brother he runs Law Agency, a firm that is providing legal advice in the area of corporate, commercial and European law.
